Too big for 1/32 scale!

I purchased this along with 3 other alleged 1/32 scale figurines to use on a Proboat Harbor tug. Although the length or height of this figurine is close to 1/32...read moreI purchased this along with 3 other alleged 1/32 scale figurines to use on a Proboat Harbor tug. Although the length or height of this figurine is close to 1/32 the body size, head size, boot size, is much too large. It would be someone like "The Incredible Hulk" in comparison to the other 1/32 figures I got that are the correct dimensions.
